The Greenfield Union School District (“District”) will be conducting a Regular Board meeting on Thursday, April 15, 2021.
Given the Governing Board’s unanimous approval on March 11, 2021, the District is implementing the following changes for our regular board meetings. All attendees may either attend the meetings in-person or via electronic means.
If attending via electronic means, the District has taken steps to utilize technology to encourage full public participation, via the Zoom link on the GUSD website (https://greenfield-k12-ca-us.zoom.us/j/84206619123?pwd=UnRMQW9QUk1xWk9JZWhCbVJyd095QT09) and offering viewing access to our teleconference board meetings at the District Office. Please be advised that you will not be provided with the option to submit public comment if participating through the Zoom meeting.
If you wish to make a public comment electronically, you must submit your public comments, by email to by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes or up to 450 words not to exceed the three-minute (3) limit for each person. All written comments within the District’s jurisdiction will be read aloud at the board meeting.
If you wish to attend the board meeting in-person, the following protocols will be followed for all attendees: wellness station screening upon entering, must always wear a mask unless seated behind a plexiglass screen, and be seated 6’ apart. In-person public comments from individual visitors shall not exceed 3 minutes.
