Alcohol and Substance Use

Navigating alcohol or substance use challenges can feel overwhelming, but support is available and recovery looks different for everyone. There are many approaches to improving well-being, including treatment options and harm-reduction strategies that prioritize safety, health, and dignity. Harm reduction may include medication-assisted treatment, peer support, mental health services, and access to Naloxone, among other resources. You are not alone in this process. With the right support and information, positive change is possible, and help is available to meet you where you are.
